Reiki Healing
This session is 60 minutes and offers a safe space for release, renewal, realignment with goal of inner calm & self-connection. In each session, I also offer sound healing instruments for deeper relaxation. Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing art modality. Through light touch or hovering, practitioners help create a therapeutic flow of universal life force energy that helps to support relaxation, energetic balance and the body’s natural healing abilities. I believe as a holistic wellness and healing art practitioner my work is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing space where you first and foremost feel deeply seen and supported. I love helping to guide others to reconnect with their body & soul’s innate centers of wisdom, and help them feel empowered from the inside out. This service starts with an oracle card session, and ends with an integrative reiki treatment. Oracle cards are an intuitive art designed to foster your inner connection & deep introspection as I hold space for your self-discovery.
