Experience the restorative power and the gentle healing art of Reiki. This session is 60 minutes and offers a deep safe space for release, renewal, inner calm and connection. In each session, I also offer sound healing instruments for deeper relaxation. Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing art modality. Through light touch or hovering, practitioners help create a therapeutic flow of universal life force energy that helps to support relaxation, energetic balance and the body’s natural healing abilities. I believe as a holistic wellness and healing art practitioner my work is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing space where you first and foremost feel deeply seen and supported. I love helping to guide others to reconnect with their body & soul’s innate centers of wisdom,

Oracle Card Session w/ Reiki Treatment

Oracle cards are an intuitive art designed to foster your inner connection and deep introspection as I hold space for your self-discovery. Often times the answers we are seeking are buried deep within and having someone hold space, and mirror back creatively the inherent goodness and beauty inside can be healing. Our time together will be like a gentle uncovering for understanding on a soul level.
